Grace….

I caught myself this morning, whistling an ace if base song in it’s entirety….dancing in the kitchen, making a lunch, putting away dishes, etc… And then it hit me: I was completely present and happy. There have been three moments in my life I remember experiencing this sort of grace. It has been a very, very long time since I had one.

Today I am thankful for it.
